Accomplished Head Chef with a broad level of team & kitchen management, food menu engineering, training, and supervising. Currently in the South of France, working on the Salama Saint-Tropez Restaurant project. Having recently completed an assignment in Doha working with the Al Maha Restaurant project (2025), Ramdane was also a chef consultant for Hive Restaurant at Selfridges (2024), headed the kitchen at Mamounia Lounge, and worked at Momo’s. Successfully established food concepts and kitchen operations at Luna Gin Bar, West Hampstead (2020-2023), Conspiracy Lounge London & Cardiff (2021).
